Storage and Uses
Store unwashed fresh beans in a perforated plastic bag and refrigerate. Whole beans stored this way will stay for a week. Tastes perfect in dishes like sem aloo sabji, avaraikkai poriyal and chikkudukaya vepudu. Suitable for stir fries and sauteing.
